      Great company to work for. Friendly atmosphere and much more supportive than a lot of tech companies. Management doesn't get in your way and let's you decide the best approach to work as long as you work hard and get good results! Lot's of opportunity to make your mark if you want to. Fully remote for flexible working. Good commission structure for sales.

      If you prefer to be in an office ZeroBounce is not for you (unless you are in Romania!). Perks/benefits could be improved e.g. co-working, gym memberships etc.

      Great work environment, everyone at ZeroBounce is very helpful and knowledgable. Even in a remote setting (another pro!) you can get all of the support you need in order to succeed.

      The managers are the most arrogant and incompetent that I have ever experienced in the corporate world. They don’t know how to communicate with their employees and like to shift blame for their lack of accountability.
