Salary higher than average on the market, a looooot of benefits, free food in the kitchen, weekly team lunches, team events twice a year, all-company events – both social and work related – quite often, shrink (paid by ZT, anonymous), masseuse (paid by yourself, but arranged by the office manager), flexible time, amazing people to work with, deep knowledge base (both available and required). Great office interior – really want to spend time there, library, kitchen etc. Amazing vibe in general. Also interesting work and people around really encourage and help with self-development, further career options.

Svantaggi

Things in general are organized quite well, but there is still lack of stronger structure. People are great, but we have couple of "rock stars" who might do more harm, than good. Recently ZT was also acquired by another company – Rogue Wave Software – and communication from our side is rather sloppy at this point. Feels like CEO could've done much better before quitting (or making decisions better previously so we wouldn't ended up in this situation).
