One minor challenge during my time at Zeroqode was the presence of a few individuals who seemed to struggle with maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. While the majority of the team was fantastic, there were instances of working with individuals who, in my opinion, could have benefited from a more positive and proactive approach to their roles. It's important to note that this was not a big issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience.
