1. Very nice colleagues. In the office people are quite focused & conversations rarely occur, however in the cafeteria/break room, you'll find more than a supportive community. It felt like a family at times. 2. Good pay, if you're willing to put in the hard work. 3. My previous boss, Vlad L, in hindsight, is the best boss I could have asked for. He was willing to help (if I came with specific questions), friendly and fair in his decision-making. 4. As a PM, if you manage to make up sales you receive bonuses and that can add up to a good % of your salary in some months.

1. You have to track your hours while you work. On a bathroom/lunch break, you stop the work timer. On a productive day I was able to track 6h of work. You do get used to it though. 2. The bigger problem (in my opinion) is that as a PM you get several projects with very few PM hours for the project. There's a constant overrun on PM hours on every project, which I found stressful. 3. A LOT of work & a lot of context switching (since you manage several projects at once). This job requires a sharp and focused mind, otherwise you won't be able to keep up.
