      - Salary offered higher than market. - Good employee benefits. - Occasional company buffet lunch.

      - Incompetent, poor management and storytelling President. - Unethical company policy. CONTRACT BASIS AND WITH SALARY PENALTY IF LEAVE WITHIN THE CONTRACT PERIOD. - Unclear job scope, no direction, no training and no guidance for new hire. - Some unprofessional colleagues and some with improper dress code at work. - No leadership, no teamwork, unprofessional behaviour and very poor work culture. - Extreme micro-management with Clock in/ out system.
