Thank you very much for this feedback. Responding to these kinds of feedbacks truly provides a space to share what Zethic stands for and what is unacceptable here. Someone has already written down my thoughts very well. Just quoting it here "Relationships between employers and employees are complicated and in our modern, complex societies, a lot goes into making a work environment that is fulfilling for all. But, in other respects it amounts to a simple formula: Are both parties benefitting from the relationship in the most fundamental and basic way?" We might look like 'Bad behaviour, unprofessional management, no work culture, no work life balance' to people who don't care a damn about the prompt monthly pay they receive even though they have been under performing months together or have been moonlighting. Things cannot always be one-sided and if raising questions against these absurdities makes us as a place with 'Nothing so far to mention as a pro' so be it.

Compensation is lower compared to market standards. Employee benefits, especially health insurance coverage, could be improved. Strict attendance tracking through biometric login/logout, with salary deductions if required working hours are not met. No hybrid work model or work-from-home flexibility, which can be challenging for employees with long commutes. At times, there appears to be a lack of trust from senior management regarding employees working remotely, which limits flexibility and can affect employee morale.
