Long notice period - Company has 3 months of non negotiable notice period. 3. Working saturdays - Alternate saturdays are working. 4. Old technology - You have to work on JQuery and C# 4.0. The migration of the old technology is very slow. 5. Office space - Office space is too small. You have to work in a overly crowded space.
