Everything about the company is a Pro. :) Startup company with great people. You can do everything you want. Lot of opportunities for learning. You can be a part of positive change that affects a community. You can learn end to end business. There is no internal politics, process. Wonderful culture. Everyone is treated equally. No dress code as such. No micro management. Play mini golf in the office with top executives defines the equality. I am sure the company is going to grow fast.
