      First and most important, I'm sorry that you did not have a great experience during your time at Zingit. Second, we have gone through many of changes at Zingit in the past year +, including changes in the Leadership team. We feel we've made the right changes as moral is high within the entire team as evidenced by the fact that we have not had any resignations in several years. The door to HR is always open. Feel free to reach out to me directly with constructive criticisms, as we are always looking to improve.

      Need to do a better job of celebrating our accomplishments. It gets too easy to move on to the next task before we recognize all of the efforts it has taken to get to this point.
