We have placed a lot of focus on supporting the wellbeing of our Zipsters during a time where rapidly shifting external market factors have resulted in changess to our organisational structure and ways of working.Your feedback suggests we could've done more, and I'd welcome the chance to learn a little more about the experience you've described.
