Unprofessional management, HR with bad attitude (instead of fixing what's wrong, they do witch-hunt every time someone issues any complaints), many employees from mid-level casually tell inappropriate jokes hence making this a hostile environment, especially for the females. Too much office politics, many people who have no competency but were let slide because apparently everyone is incompetent, no matter what the level is. Too many unimportant campaigns with wrong strategies, resulting in useless efforts for the lower levels. Nothing seems right about this company, so if you have other options besides working for this company 1) lucky for you, 2) LEAVE. IMMEDIATELY. This company won't last another year, we aren't going anywhere by staying in this place. So definitely not a good place to build a career.
