Great company to work for. Fast paced and collaborative. Mission driven.

Lots of changes recently in organization.

Zipnosis has the key qualities of a solid growth-stage SaaS company; -A fun work environment -An incredible team -An innovative product -A great compensation/benefits package. The aspect that sets this company apart from others is it's leadership team (C-Suite). The CEO is the classic "visionary" for the industry, the COO is a master of process, and the CFO just orchestrated Zipnosis's series A financing of 17 million. They're very careful about who they hire, as they're mindful of keeping the culture solid. This results in a group of individuals who are very intelligent, humble, and hard-working. No task is too small for any one team member, and they're very supportive and willing to jump in on a task/project that needs an extra hand. They supply everyone with great equipment (MacBook Air/Pro + large monitor), they're flexible with hours/location, and they're in a nice area of Minneapolis (downtown/warehouse district).
