First place I have ever worked where they take care of their people. When it's hot outside, you have big fans overhead and on the floor running on high. They buy a barrel of iced down Gator Aid and put it where the out going road workers and everyone in the shop can get to it. You always get a turkey, money at Christmas act. Grate medical package.

I have to drive 60 miles to work.

Work as many hours as you want.

Expected to do jobs not in the job description. Long hours with only major holidays off. Not a great pay rate with no promise for a raise. Insurance benefits leave a lot to be desired. Most employees are miserable.
