Can be good experience, likely to make some good freinds. Very good chance to gain some sales training and sales expereicnce. The training program provided is usefull. Some of the management is not bad. Overall the benifits provided are good.

Svantaggi

Expectations are high, support for sucess is very minimal and its all about the numbers. If you dont make good commision the pay is not good. Its all about sales and your not provided with the tools to succeed. Providing new employees with a existing book of business would make it alot easier for them to suceed. Pay is not very good .

Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
