I got all of the training (from OEMs) I needed to get out and find a respectable company. The reason I found an amazing new job is based on my work, not the support I received from working at Zones.

You cannot trust management at any level. I have seen so many people be lied to, chewed up and spit out by leadership, so I guess it shouldn't have been a surprise when they began to lie and play the game with me too. The lies go on and on but I have people I respect in the company that told me the truth of what was said behind closed doors. Finding out that higher ups were laughing about how they promised me compensation on work I brought in only to find out that they never intended to speaks volumes about the character and integrity of these people. They will take all of the credit for your work and then will lie to you about what happens to the business so beware of introducing your own personal network.

Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
