There was literally nothing good about working at zopnow.

No work life balance. Nothing new to learn. Obsolete technologies are used. Low salary and no benefits. Worst CTO ever. He thinks employees there are fools and don't know anything and salary they pay is just because they are generous and you don't actually deserve it , Doesn't know how to talk with respect with his juniors. Few of the senior employees are very rude. If you want to ask something from them they will literally scream at you like you are some school kid.

Nothing that I can think of

*Company has the worst CTO , who doesn't know how to deal with his employees. *Company Location at Bangalore is the worst(Can't get anything to eat for miles and there is no company canteen). *They expect you to stay for a minimum of 10-11 hours even if you have nothing to do. *No work life balance *Nothing new to learn even if you are a fresher with average programming knowledge *No proper HR team. *No proper planning before work allocation and that work gets scrapped eventually and you have start fresh again. *No team lunch
