Lack of opportunity to grow due to flat structure, some of the leadership team is lacking of hands on technical skills causing conflicts between decisions made and execution, the team will stay long hours to execute business related changes due to last minute communications, unreliable and out of date systems - troubleshooting issues takes forever, politics among leaders causing dumping of works to the team with weak leaders.
