Heavy Workload - Recensione dipendente - Licensing Administrator presso Zurich Insurance

Extremely high volume, at one point my incoming task list was 15 pages. So get ready to WORK and for everyone to be mad that the work is behind. They are extremely understaffed in this licensing department. I tried to discuss how busy things were with my manager and her response was that “we’re not allowed to say we’re busy”. Also the training was terrible - the manuals were out of date and did not follow current procedures. They threw me to the wolves to figure stuff out with outdated manuals and it was actual chaos.
