1. There is a con to the workplace flexibility in that many people choose to work from home. If you are a person that prefers to go into the office often, you may not have a lot of company some days.
2, Turnover was a bit of an issue in my time there as people moved on to exciting opportunities, so a lot of time was spent trying to iron out turnover related issues and project responsibilities.
