So far I can't help but rave about the: -Welcoming coworkers -Gorgeous office (ocean views!) -Being provided with the newest and best technology needed to be most effective -A mentality of "we hire competent people so we trust you." I started on my own projects on day two which was a welcome relief after many companies where your first weeks are all hand holding and no real meat of the job. -Catered lunches on Wednesday. -A focus on growing engagement, planning events for team bonding and overall having fun!
