Stunted/No career growth especially for artists/tech-artists/animators. Poor Art lead/Management who are mere puppets and don't take care of the employees under them. Over-revenue focused GMs do not promote or encourage artists as they are regarded as "good to have" and don't show direct revenue. You will have to join in a higher position because you will stagnate in the joining position for the rest of your life in Zynga. New joiners with lesser experience, lacking training and knowledge are still placed above existing over-qualified employees. Being loud and showing-off pays rather than quality work done on time.. Work quality in general is ambitious-less as most of the company's focus is to keep drowning games(transitioned from Zynga US) afloat for as long as sustainable.
