Vantaggi
- Work-life balance: They offer established “Work From Home Wednesdays” - they are flexible with where and how you work, and always give you room to live your life too. They create collision moments within the company, but also encourage you to have a life outside of work. - Job Content + Distribution: Zyper does such a good job at building teams -- which allows for even and healthy work distribution. I’ve never felt like I am drowning in tasks or as if things asked of me are unrealistic. I am an ambitious person and always work beyond the regular “9-5”, but I never feel like “there isn’t enough time in the day”. We work with the coolest clients and brands which as a marketer, makes job content so interesting and engaging. Pay: so fair + aligned with market. - Culture: One of my favorite parts of Zyper. I have met and been able to work with one of the most generous, kind, intelligent and inspiring people I’ve ever met. Everyone is dedicated, offer a hand when you need help and make you feel supported. It’s not stuffy at all: one can be serious about the job, but have fun with coworkers. Especially with COVID-19, HR has scheduled virtual daily lunches, they’ve scheduled virtual talks with executive coaches to continue our development. Offer gift cards for work from home equipment and lunch. What Zyper has done so well is taken an interest in caring about us as humans. And they are doing everything they can to make us all feel connected and safe. The most THOUGHTFUL company who put people first. - Big Picture / Value Proposition: I have so much faith in this product and what it has to offer. It’s rare to think of a company in today’s day and age that has no competitors, and even though we have “competition” -- Zyper is truly the only one of it’s kind doing what it is doing, at the quality it does it at. Zyper is only going to grow from here, so a huge pro is knowing that you are one of the first members of a company that will only grow exponentially.

Of course nothing is perfect, but I am honest when I say that there are no real cons in any way for me. I used to work at two very established companies where the managers made you feel incompetent, pay was ridiculous for the bay area, and the task list a one-person team had to take on was unrealistic -- so coming to Zyper where your job feels balanced and you can leave at a decent hour, managers support you, you have resources to help you do your job, and the people are amazing, I am only filled with gratitude. I can't complain.
