Terrible leadership from the top down. The culture is toxic and is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Most reps dread going to work each day. The products are boring and you get to sit and watch the other two big names in the industry run laps around you in all aspects outside of content. Desperately acquiring companies and letting the products get stale is a bad look. It’s been 5 years and some of the products are still siloed off. November layoffs are a tradition here. If you’re “lucky enough” to stay, pray you don’t get demoted. If you’re a tenured rep, run away as fast as you can. The ship has sailed and is officially sinking.
