      I had flexible hours and a good life/work balance, most important, this job allowed me to study and have an income. The job environment was friendly and there's teamwork all the time.

      No communication at all with higher ups, growth opportunity in the company is limited when you're not near the main offices at Mexico City.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
