At affix I feel supported while being challenged to grow and learn. I seriously love my team and I wouldn’t be where I am now without them (especially after the last two years😅). Recruitment has a reputation for being transactional but it's never been that way at affix. We’re an open and transparent bunch. We don’t pretend to know everything but are willing to give it a go and work collaboratively together to achieve amazing outcomes and lasting relationships

It is fast paced and ever changing - not so much of a con but rather something to be mindful in any business. We learn as we go and are providing more and more structure into not only the way we deliver outcomes but also how we structure our business internally. It is a great time to get involved but you will need to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity and ready to contribute and make some tangible change!

This is a place you should be at if you want to learn/do recruitment well. Everyone is so well connected within the tech industry in Melbourne, it’s insane how much exposure you have.

Recruitment is tough no doubt, as well as being an agency - you’ll have a number of different clients to juggle at one time. Can be overwhelming during busy periods
