At affix I feel supported while being challenged to grow and learn. I seriously love my team and I wouldn’t be where I am now without them (especially after the last two years😅). Recruitment has a reputation for being transactional but it's never been that way at affix. We’re an open and transparent bunch. It is fast paced and ever changing - not so much of a con but rather something to be mindful in any business.
