Extremely toxic work environment - Recensione dipendente - Architecture presso anOtherArchitect

I´m trying to find any... but its not that easy...

I was working few months in AnotherArchitect. Daniel still has to pay me 900€. The guy sitting next to me was 18 years old, so he was not even still into University. There was another intern but also not with an architecture background. None of them was getting paid. It was supposed that I should lead this so-called-team. But the outcome was that I was having to cover with free extra hours (routine of 12-14h daily) the fact that this "team" was unable to use simple software like rhino or psd or even understanding basic architectural concepts. Daniel was daily getting mad at me to make me feel responsible for poor project development. Project schedule was crazy. Daniel was always late to the studio.

Nice location of office, you get to experience and practice a few different areas and there were some chances to have a creative input.

Very long hours, being screamed at by management, bad communication, no payment, no contract, no training or support despite it being an internship.
