No real direction No training Poor pay Leadership pay themselves 6-figure bonuses whilst the rest of the staff get nothing. Owners raise millions to keep the company going so that they can pay themselves ridiculous amounts but if they are being honest are not expecting to give investors any sort of long term return. They came to market with a product that didn’t work and had no demand in the market - typical of leadership.
