I have worked here for over two years and have had ZERO complaints. This industry is full of ups and downs and this is by far the best place to work. We work a lot of exclusive reqs and no VMS. Most of the time, we get feedback on candidates same day or the next day. If you want the ability to run your own desk and not have someone standing over your shoulder, this is the place for you. I have learned so much during the two years I have been here and am so excited to watch our team continue to grow. About to move to a new office space because of our growth : ) You have the ability to run your own desk, work with people who work well together (no sketchy stuff going on), and learn from some of the best in the industry. There are great incentives for doing well with paid trips and 1 day WFH. There are those that say they have too many reqs to work just to get you in the door. The reality is, this is the truth and why we are growing.
