Great pay, nice coworkers, and the job is only after school, which is wonderful for college students or people with multiple jobs.

Not really any cons, maybe more hours would be great but its not too bad with the pay.

The program is based on past employers, so be careful You can be critiqued based on other coworkers' mistakes Not a lot of leadership opportunities or additional work opportunities The hiring management will hire unqualified people to work at different school sites, which is troubling because they always end up quitting, leaving sites with low staff
