The owner is a maniacal, erratic despot. Shifts vary from 4 hours to 50 hours a week with zero indication from day to day as to what you will get. Management become confused and bewildered when people leave for other jobs with guaranteed hours etc as they don’t seem to understand people need to pay rent, mortgage, food, bills etc and that can’t be done a 4 hours work a week. It’s a toxic work environment where bullying, harassment, racism and threats are a daily occurrence. There are no values or code of conduct practiced at this business whatsoever. If you want to be worked to the bone and have your mental health destroyed this is the job for you.
