Entire restructuring of company and teams so many jobs lost and they're not done. This company is not making money anymore so completely new upper management team in charge is trying to save it. Very stressed employees with tripled workload makes it hard to truly connect with those who love the brand, the consumers. Very big disconnect between corporate office and field team and will probably get worse as SF fully moves to NYC. Large launches are not done properly or effectively. Truly no more room to grow here anymore which is sad.
