micromanagement unappreciated how can your store be effective if you have to absorb your own PTO hours offered by the company?? attendance policy is way out of line focus on the ADS!!forget converting more lookers into buyers. They say it's about the service you deliver, but controlling ADS is not as productive as controling your UPT and conversion. As a store manager you have no say in nothing.every little thing has to be approved. their payroll is terrible for stores, it's not effective at all.
