A vast majority (if not all) of the current product line has been developed and tested by employees in the corporate office, with heavy input from Bare's long time customers/fan base. Together, they are the heartbeat of this most unique brand in the cosmetics industry. This is the most important part to remember.

Upper management has developed a disconnection gap with its' lower tier employees over the years. Unfortunately, this was also a side effect that occurred when the company was acquired by Shiseido Americas several years ago. Only recently have they decided to embark on trying to have a more open policy with their corporate employees, but I wonder if it's a matter of "too little, too late".
