Working at BFI Benugo as an Event Operations Assistant offered a dynamic and engaging environment within a prestigious cultural venue. I gained hands-on experience supporting events, coordinating with different teams, and handling customer-facing responsibilities under pressure. The team was collaborative and supportive, and the role helped develop strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The role can be physically demanding and fast-paced, especially during large events or peak times. Shifts can be long and sometimes irregular, including evenings and weekends. At times, communication between departments could be improved to ensure smoother operations.
