Bluemedia has been a fun, rewarding and challenging company to work for. I enjoy working with many of the people here who are up to the daily challenge, but can also turn around and make you laugh. The constantly changing selection of projects that come through our doors keep you from getting bored, and also challenge your skills in different ways each time. Then, when it's all done, getting to see you and your team's hard work around town and across the country is awesome. I’ve been involved in this or similar industries for about 15 years and I don't believe any company has it all figured out. What I can tell you is that bluemedia offers some great opportunities to jump in on some really exciting projects that allow us to flex our skills and expertise for a large variety of clients and activations. I’ve personally seen a growth of 200-300% since I started and its amazing to see the teams constantly adapt and change to suite the needs of our clients

This industry and job are not for everyone. As with anything that is pushing the boundaries and blurring the lines of what it does - sometimes the job at hand doesn’t always easily fit into a current process or workflow. This requires people who can stick and move / adapt quickly. The work here is fast paced and there is a level of accountability for what you do. This job is for those that work hard and want to put out the best product possible. As for the Design side of things - This job is much more technical oriented and can be disappointing for those designers looking to make logos, websites and campaigns full time. Here we do a variety of Preflight / Production work, Engineering solutions, and a smaller selection of Creative design. The hidden skill in the design side, is being able to take a clients design and execute it in real life.
