Best company and team to work with

Don't need full time employment

* Good pace, things mostly going according to plan, rarely it is needed to rush. * Workload is fine, it's always a whole team decision in terms of planning. * Your proposals will always be heard, CTO is willing to improve codebase. * Team is really nice, everybody is friendly and chill. * Almost no bureaucracy there. * Project is quite simple, will be comfortable for juniors.

* Project is quite simple, not much space there to grow above middle level. * If you are senior - project will probably be chill but boring for you. * Salary is lower then market median.
