High turnover in some departments, inadequate staffing in others so you'll likely get overloaded and burn out quickly. Metrics for recognition depend on quantity over quality. They'd rather go with outside hires than promote anyone so there's no room for growth. It feels like the company has no discernable long-term goals aside from acquiring more business and then winging it. Leadership is either out of touch or just doesn't care.
