Leadership thinks they know leadership but are not effective. Reinforce this by promoting those like themselves - mainly engineers. They are milking the business for their benefit vs. putting their employees as a primary focus. Great acquisition target in the US for Refining and Marketing businesses. Struggling to find its role and continuing to shrink as the corporation sells pieces for cash.
