      Promotes to the world a very different image to what actually goes on. Not very caring despite pretending they are. I had two managers out of 4 who were total bullies. One line manager had no backbone whilst the final one was unbelievably two faced. Culture of lies and social climbing. Unless incredibly senior, you’re just a cog in a large machine.
