Have to go through pleanty of mandatory trainings/courses/roles/activities, which some times is not what you need, even when you give a strong reasons for that. 3 base pay amount has significant gap with average salary in oil industry worldwide 4 people listen to you, but not acting 5 Can not get international assigment even for short period of time
