Growing too fast; not necessarily a bad thing. Communication between departments could be better. Health Insurance is covered, but adding family is a bit high; however with Obama Care, there really isn't anything a private owned company can do about it. Watch out for the "freshmen 15". There are always free bagels and donuts; hard to resist!
