Most of the negative reviews on here were prior to management changes and from techs who talked a big game when they started but couldn't keep up with the rest of the team. I've worked for several MSP's and while managed services isn't the most glorious of IT jobs. This company is by far the best one when it comes to employee care. It's small business, people come here thinking IT work at an MSP is going to be like google and quickly realize that it is supporting medium to large businesses which is mostly resetting passwords and helping clean up end users infections after they've entered their credentials into the worst phishing email you've ever seen. 11.5 paid days off a year on top of 2 weeks paid PTO starting, competitive pay, employer paid benefits, free life lock, quarterly outings, management that you can relate to and talk to, free snacks /coffee/food in the break room. Donuts on Friday, catered lunches every month. Management is not afraid to stand up to abusive customers, monthly massages, everyone has training goals in their employment agreements so they offer the ability to pay for bootcamps (50/50 on the cost with a reimbursement of the other 50% after 1 year) 100% reimbursement for testing costs on the passing exam. Collaborative team environment, easy to get help on tough issues.

On call rotation, while it's only once every 12-14 weeks you get at least 1 holiday and if there is a new client or inclement whether condition, you aren't going to get much sleep. New management is more flexible though, if you're up all night fixing stuff they comp you the next day if you ask for it. Management also does shifts on call now Still needing work on communication between project and service teams as well as management, Fridays are for training, if they are slow is not as often as described
