The company is a Google Cloud partner, so I often had the chance to work with the latest preview technologies. The work hours were flexible, and the cloud department leaders had strong technical backgrounds. It was genuinely enjoyable to explore and experiment with new technologies there.

The role was essentially a technical consultant, so occasionally I had to deal with difficult clients. I also found it hard to align with some of the senior management’s strategic decisions. Additionally, the salary increase each year was quite limited.

Good team, many opportunities for new technology

The salary is average, and there are no additional bonuses except for a two-month year-end bonus.
