I have been at clearXchange for over a year and have really enjoyed working with such a smart, collaborative and empowering team. With such a small company, each initiative has high-visibility and clear impact on the success of the company. clearXchange has experienced tremendous growth over the past year, and it has been very exciting and rewarding to be part of that success. Plus - the office is great - snacks and beer, games in the late afternoon/early evening, and some great friends.

I would have said lack of transparency but management has made very positive strides on this front - clearly articulating our strategy and what we will do to get there often.

Small team that does big things! Product is in use today by banks that have over 100 million online banking customers and the company is growing incredibly quickly. Considering the team is currently less than 50 people, this means the work you do has a meaningful impact on the overall company and thus products that millions of people use everyday. On top of all this, the company also has a fun social culture with a great work life balance.

No cons for me, really. I would have previously said not enough vacation time, but the leadership team recently increased this.
