Management is approachable and values employee feedback, which makes a big difference. The flexibility of remote work options has also been a huge plus, allowing for a better work-life balance.

      I’d love to see more structured career advancement opportunities. Although there are resources available, a clearer pathway for promotions would be beneficial.
