Great environment and culture. Competitive pay and uncapped commission potential. They really care about their employees. I feel like I finally have a great work/life balance. The clients we work with are awesome. As a recruiter you are given more than enough tools to get the job done and leadership is always open to hear about new ideas.

Decent placement if you have the right skillset

Sheer incompetence. They have failed to deliver payroll on time on numerous occasions. There is always some sort of problem - for example, they were taking medical deductions out of my pay, but never processed my health insurance. They literally stole money from me. They quickly resolved after being promptly threatened with a lawsuit. Payroll didn't show up on time so I had to tell the client that I would not be coming back to work until I got paid. Not to mention, the benefits are straight trash. Oh yeah, they also don't do employee reviews, and don't give raises.
