- Management changes are way too frequent, a lot of initiatives get interrupted - Some managers can be very toxic, I think it has to do with a lack of confidence in their own worth - It is difficult to get an FTE position because it is not based on workload, but on your connections - Way to many people have to be involved / consulted / approve.
