Managment goes from nonexistent to intense micromanagement at random intervals; there's no middle point. It's a family run company, which means that most of the important positions are only given to family or family friends without much care about their background or expertise. There's no opportunity for growth if you already have experience in the field. No benefits whatsoever and average pay. Working extra hours is encouraged by management, but there's no pay for extra hours.
