eCoast provides paid training before taking the phones. The training continues on a constant basis and EVERYONE wants you to succeed. No micromanagement or managers breathing down your neck. We are all adults here :-) Weekly and sometimes daily games Dunk-a-Colin, Plinko, balloon volley ball. It's a good time.
